INTRODUCTION:

Hello thank you for taking the time to visit my site.   I am a small breeder of show and pet quality Chihuahuas.  I have limited breedings, so if you are interested in a certain pairing or color, please contact me and I will place you on a waiting list. 

The puppies and adults are socialized with cats, children, and regular house hold noises.  This inclusive environment allows us to have very well rounded animals. 

I breed for health, temperament, and the possibility of the right combination of parents giving me some pups to show. 

I look for puppy homes that are suitable for the various temperaments that can occur in a litter.  I do not give preferance to someone who has money and just wants a dog.  I also like to have updates on my dogs as they grow in their new homes. 

PUPPIES REGISTRATION:   

Puppies will have Full AKC registration or Limited AKC registration. 

Full registration is to a Pre Qualified home only, this WILL include breeding/showing rights. 

Limited registration is used at our discretion and will be WITHOUT breeding/showing rights.  We only have AKC registered litters.

All puppies will be evaluated for show/breeder potential before being offered for sale.  I try to estimate puppy prices in my nursery page.  Show/breeder puppies (and their deposits) take priority over pet puppies.  I usually do not know wheather a puppy is show/breeder quality until it is 8 weeks old. 

DEPOSITS: 

A 150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Dochema Chihuahua as a pet.  Show/breeder deposits are 250.00.  If you decide not to take a puppy you have placed a deposit on, you can apply it to another puppy or litter.

I ENCOURAGE the ownership of more than one Chihuahua since they love each others company.  This will save you hours of hearing your little puppy crying and give them the much needed company that the breed craves.  Because of this I offer a 100.00 discount on your second puppy purchase wheather it be at the same time or in the future. 

SHIPPING:

I do offer shipping on most puppies as long as they are completely weaned and their sugar levels have shown to be completly stable for at least two (2) weeks.  I will not ship a tiny puppy (going to be 2-3 pounds) until they are 10-12 weeks.  I do offer shipping on 2 puppies together, for the same price, in the same crate, as long as they are under 6 months old.  Shipping will be 350.00 and will include a medium size kennel cab (new) and a thick blanket.  All puppies per law will be vet checked and as up to date as their age on shots and wormings.  My Chihuahuas fly out of Philadelphia International on either Continental or American Airlines.  All puppies must be paid for in full before flight, and unless other wise specified, shipping is NOT included in the listed price of the dog.
